Land Trust Partnership Program Frequently Asked Questions
Does the program work in all 50 states?
Yes. However, the Land Trust Agreement included in this program IS NOT valid in Louisiana and Tennessee. The fundamentals of the program still apply, but you would need to replace the land trust agreement with an alternative partnership, such as, a joint-venture agreement.
Do I need to have my own money in the bank, credit, or even a job?
No. You will require an earnest deposit of, typically, $2,000, from your funding partner, which initiates your business relationship. These funds are used towards earnest money on subsequent property purchases, insurance, advertising, etc. Theoretically, you could hustle up a cash partner and jumpstart your business, even if you were flat broke. What you do need, however, is credibility, which usually comes in the form of experience and/or knowledge.
I see you're a wholesaler. Does the program work with rehabs or other strategies?
Yes. The LTPP focuses on wholesaling REO’s, but can be adapted to virtually any real estate investing strategy where buying with cash gives you the edge.
Is the program refundable?
No. Due to the nature of digital products and the unique information the program entrusts to paid purchasers and the full rights of use granted upon download, the program is non-refundable.
Does it work?
Yes. John Lydic created the program, first and foremost, for his own use and continues to use the program whenever he requires new funding.
What is the file format of the program?
The program is formatted in Microsoft Word for easy customization by the user. Microsoft Office Word 2007 Compatibility Mode is used to ensure users of previous versions, 97-2003, have full editing capabilities.
How many pages?
38 "Program" Pages. The Land Trust Partnership Program is not a broadly written dissertation covering a multitude of general real estate investing topics. The product is an "e-Program," not a traditional e-book. Apart from a brief introduction, the content is dedicated to program material, forms, supporting information and direction. It would be imprudent to presume value based on page count, for those page counters out there.View table of contents.
